b886cfe1ac docs: Update inheritance documentation and inventory 
- Add HERENCIA-ERP-CORE.md for core inheritance chain
- Update HERENCIA-ERP-CLINICAS.md with module definitions
- Add referencias/ directory
- Update MASTER_INVENTORY.yml with inheritance info
