rckrdmrd 0bdb2eed65 [FASE 4] feat: Add SaaS billing entities and fix unit tests 
- Add PlanLimit entity for plan limits tracking
- Add Coupon entity for discount coupons
- Add CouponRedemption entity for coupon usage
- Add StripeEvent entity for webhook processing
- Fix purchases.service tests (mock sequencesService)
- Fix orders.service tests (mock stockReservation)
- Add partners.controller tests (13 new tests)

Test Results: 361 tests passing
