PROJECT-STATUS.md:
- DDL: 100% complete (8 files, ~2,976 lines)
- Backend: 40% (24 modules + transport entities)
- Updated checklist with completed items

PLAN-DESARROLLO-REUTILIZACION.md:
- Phase 1: Partners adapted for shippers/consignees
- Phase 2: Entities implemented (Unidad, Operador, OrdenTransporte, EventoTracking, Geocerca)
- Phase 3: DDL complete, entities structure ready
