- Created useToast.ts hook for toast notifications
- Added date-fns dependency for NotificationItem.tsx
- Exported api instance as named export for whatsapp.api.ts
- Added vite-env.d.ts for import.meta.env types
- Fixed notification.store.ts unused get parameter
