feat(database): Add GBPJPY ticker to market_data seed data

Browse Source 
- Add GBPJPY (GBP/JPY, forex, C:GBPJPY) to tickers seed
- Now 7 tickers: XAUUSD, EURUSD, BTCUSD, GBPUSD, USDJPY, AUDUSD, GBPJPY
