- Updated apps/backend submodule with 5 new services
- Added task metadata for backend entities sync

Services created:
- instructor.service.ts (education)
- tag.service.ts (education)
- drawing.service.ts (trading)
- prediction-overlay.service.ts (ml)
- refund.service.ts (payments)
