fix: Update .gitmodules with correct URLs and add MCP services
- Fix URLs to use -v2 suffix matching actual remotes
- Add 8 missing MCP service submodules:
- mcp-auth, mcp-binance-connector, mcp-investment
- mcp-mt4-connector, mcp-predictions, mcp-products
- mcp-vip, mcp-wallet
