- Tab-based navigation system

### 1. useAuditLogs Hook
**File:** `apps/frontend/src/apps/admin/hooks/useAuditLogs.ts`

Custom React hook that:
- Fetches audit logs from backend API
- Manages pagination state (page, pageSize, total)
- Handles filtering (date range, status, email, IP)
- Provides loading/error states
- Supports manual refetch
- Auto-fetches on mount (configurable)

### 3. AdminMonitoringPage Updates

- `ip_address` → `ipAddress`
- `user_agent` → `userAgent`
