were marked as "not implemented" in documentation but ARE fully implemented
in code.

- backend/src/modules/sales/ has 25 files (entities, services, controllers)
- backend/src/modules/commissions/ has 25 files
- frontend/src/pages/dashboard/sales/ has 6 pages
